RichText NotePad 1.0 Publisher's description
use this utility to organize fast notes, reminders, ToDo lists and links to Internet sites. This application is designed on the WhiteBoard 2009 framework with many improvements. Your RTF files can be opened in your default text editor, supports an almost unlimited amount of tabs, and many other functions. The program is packaged in a Zip file and a self-extracting Zip exe file. There is no setup program. Just unzip the file and place it in the directory of your choice, and then create a shortcut to your desktop or start menu. For best results Vista users should run this application as administrator. This program runs on the .Net 3.5 Framework.
