This small app just stops the Outlook Express and Windows Live mail program "Free Up Disk Space message". There is no installation necessary. Just copy to a location on your computer, make a launch icon and place it to the desktop so you can run it any time you want. Or run it once and select run automatically. The app will start everytime you turn on the computer. There is nothing else you need to do.
