e-Timer is a full free countdown/countup timer with custmoziable sound notifications, pre-alert and full layout customization.
Timer settings: you can set up alarm time in hours, minutes and seconds; a pre-alarm in time percentage, count direction up/or down
layout settings: windows position, opacity, show/hide title bar fore and back colors
sound settings: files to play at alarm and/or pre-alarm times.
Requirements: microsoft 1.1 .net framework
