Click Rescue 5.2.142 Publisher's description
A web-based solution for remote computer support. Once the end user is connected and grants remote access to our technical advisors, the computer is diagnosed and a resolution is proposed. If terms are agreed to by both parties, the work begins. At any time, this session can be terminated by the end user with a simple click of a button. Future sessions can be initiated by double clicking the Click Rescue icon placed on the end users desktop. Charges for the services rendered are billed in 15 minute increments.
Requirements: Broadband connectivity to the Internet (i.e., T1, cable modem, ISDN, or DSL)
