Folder Tag 1.1 Publisher's description
This freeware program adds the new document "Folder tag" to Windows Explorer "File|New" menu. Tag - small file with text description and keyword list - can be placing in any Windows folder. Further, Folder tag storing the window position (for each file) and saving input text without additional mouse clicks.
