The software reacts to certain conditions predetermined by the user. When these conditions are encountered, a number of actions can be taken such as notification via email, pager, fax, cell or PDA device, updating onsite and offsite databases, launching programs, starting extra Optitask processes, creating reports, accessing FTP servers to upload or download information and much more.
