Once you have your screen captures, you need to add the text that tells your users what they need to do. HelpBurner makes this easy with easy to use in-place editing tools.

3. Publish your help and share it with your users.

With your help topic complete you can easily publish it to the Web as HTML, convert it to PDF, publish it to a blog or e-mail it (as HTML) directly to your users' inbox.
