OxyProject Metrics is an application that provides code metrics for software projects empowering software professionals to assess the complexity and maturity of a software product.

The source code can be loaded from a .NET solution, a C# and VB.NET project or folder.

The following metrics are available for C# source code:
Number of namespaces
Number of types (e.g. classes, interfaces, delegates etc.)
Number of lines of code
Number of effective lines of code
Number of comment lines
Number of empty lines

The following metrics are available for VB.NET source code:
Number of namespaces
Number of types (e.g. classes, interfaces, delegates etc.)
Number of lines of code
Number of effective lines of code
Number of comment lines
Number of empty lines

The following metrics are available for C++ source code:
Number of namespaces
Number of types (e.g. classes, interfaces, delegates etc.)
Number of lines of code
Number of effective lines of code
Number of comment lines
Number of empty lines

The following metrics are available for JavaScript source code:
Number of lines of code
Number of effective lines of code
Number of comment lines
Number of empty lines

The following metrics are available for SQL scripts (i.e. SQL statements, SQL stored procedures):
Number of lines
Number of comment lines.

With OxyProject Metrics you can easily evaluate how complex and mature a software product is.

Features:
· Intuitive and easy to use, graphical user interface
· Loads the source code for a Visual Studio 2008, 2005, and 2003 solution
· Loads the source code for a Visual Studio 2008, 2005, and 2003 project (C# projects, VB.NET projects or database projects)
· Loads the source code for a specified folder
· Code metric results are sortable on each column to allow an easy way of locating the information based on various criteria
· Generates CSV and flat file reports
