User tests in user's natural environment

With UsabilityExpo user tests can be done in the user's natural environment: e.g. in a mall, on the street, on a bus or where ever the user would typically use his mobile phone.Doing user tests in natural environment is cheaper and provides more authentic observational data.

No heavy equipment like cameras or tripods is required.

Record video clips of the test session with the user's key strokes directly from the phone screen. Sounds are recorded, too.

All you need is a mobile phone, a pc and UsabilityExpo and you'll have a mobile usability laboratory with you!

Compare users' test sessions

You can compere lengths of different test users' usage sessions with the help of UsabilityExpo's log.

UsabilityExpo automatically takes screenshots during the test session that you can use as illustrations in your user test report.

UsabilityExpo runs in trial mode once installed on your computer. You can use the trial mode to explore all product features and verify that UsabilityExpo works correctly with your phone. Please note that a separate license is required for each phone where UsabilityExpo is used.
