Workbook - Who created it, when, number of worksheets, charts, etc.
Worksheets - Name, extent, hidden rows, hidden columns, visibility, protection, consolidations, circular references etc.
Cells - Displayed, formula, conditional formulae, formatting, array formulae, links to and from other cells, etc.
Charts - Name, data range, chart type, etc.
Errors - What they are and where they are
Named Ranges - Name, range, location
External links - From where, to where
Comments - All commented cells and the comment
Code behind - Any VBA code modules and if possible the code
Pivot Tables - Name, location, source data, page fields, column fields, row fields, data fields
Scenarios - Name, location, changing cells
Formula Arrays - Location, formula, cells used
Functions - What built-in and user functions are used and where
Objects - Shapes, location, type

The freeware version is limited in certain aspects, such as saving output, drill-down etc.
