Your application will be able to crate, delete and fully control virtual serial ports. As virtual ports look and behave like real ones, other applications will not be able to see the difference between real and virtual ports. It's possible to control data sent to virtual com port by other applications and respond to them by sending your own data. Virtual Serial Port ActiveX from Eltima lets developers enjoy such features, as detection of applications, which open virtual serial port; full baud rate emulation, connection line break emulation; virtual ports re-naming and a lot of other amazing features. Virtual Serial Port ActiveX is compatible with Microsoft Visual C++ 5-6, Microsoft Visual Basic 5-6, Borland C++ Builder 3-6, Borland Delphi 3-6.
