E-Lock ProSigner Lite is a easy to use electronice signature software for applying legally enforceable eSignature onto any electronic document. It integrates with MS Word, Excel and Adobe PDF which enables users to sign from within these application.Software helps the users to comply with the regulations like HIPAA,SOX,21CFR

ProSigner Lite has inbuilt E-Mark component, which allows users to create their own password-protected credentials and associate the signature image to it. This self generated credential can be used for signing.

- Insert visible eSignature in Word, Excel and PDF files
- Sign and Verify any files in E-Lock Proprietary format of "Assured Transactions"
- Create password protected credentials and handwritten signature for secure signing and e-Approvals
- Integrates with MS-Word, MS-Excel & Acrobat, and allows users to sign from within these applications
- Batch signing Word documents
- Support multiple signing
- Section signing for MS-Word documents
- Supports PDF signing in Adobe Compatible format
- Sign and email signed document in a single operation
- Sign files using digital Certificates (PKI) or credentials (non-PKI)
- Configuration Manager to customize signature placement & style
- Contents, clip art, word art images & embedded objects can be included while signing

- Supports smart cards and USB token devices for increased user security.
- Hassle free data integrity in Web environment during verification
- Verified Print option to verify documents just before printing & the verification status
is stamped onto the document
- Visible validation status in the signature block i.e. display the question mark/tick mark
on verification
- Documents signed using ProSigner Lite can be verified using the verification utility ?E-Lock Reader?. This verification utility is available for free

Requirements: X.509 digital certificate or a self generated credential

What's new in this version: Windows Vista & insert visible signatures in PDF without having Adobe Acrobat professional
