BackdoorGuard Award-Winning Firewall Software. Prevents Hackers and
Adware Communications. Stops viruses and worms, and protects against
emerging viruses before they attack. Easy-to-use firewall blocks
hackers and other unknown threats. and prevent spyware from Sending
Out your personal data all in an easy-to-use interface. Pogram has a
keep List that contains entries to components that you block or
allow its port or its source to not disturb you by asking for it
once again unless you remove it from the list. A System Guard Module
that contains: Startup Guard, BHO Guard, Windows Guard, Internet
Explorer Guard & Guards Summary. Backdoor Guard allows the user to
setup the ports and the IP sources that are trusted as that for a
LAN or a home network. Also it lets the user who has the
administration privilages only to access the program by setting a
password for it. Alerts that fires the alert types that you made in the system guard.
The options window contains tabs which include: Startup options,
Programs Monitoring Option, Schedule options & Interface option
Backdoor Guard is not vulnerable to the GDI + vulnerability that was
discovered on September 22-2004 in the way MicroSoft ® handles JPEG
processing
