eReminder 2008 - Easy Calendar & Reminder v4.0 released
eTimeInc Software has released eReminder 2008 - Easy Calendar & Reminder, a full-featured multi-resource calendar application designed specifically for planning, managing, and scheduling important dates and times. It supports to view the schedules of several resources at the same time, and lets find out what everyone's schedule is for the day, find out which of the company's conference rooms is free at a specific time, or find out which cars of clients are scheduled to wash next time.
eReminder runs in the background, sits in the system tray, and makes it nearly impossible to forget birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, appointments, meetings, and other important events. What's more, it provides plenty of reminding ways: play music, execute application, send Email, speak the notification content, pop up a talking agent, reboot PC, etc. In addition to one-time occurrences, eReminder keeps track of all types of recurring events, from birthdays to meetings on the third Friday of every other month. It allows to view all events in a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly overview and supports to-do lists. Drag&drop and copy&paste features allow to easily reschedule events, or change their duration.
eReminder provides an easy way to share data with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project/Project Server and Intuit QuickBooks, and powerful print function to present the calendar. Moreover, it can manage holidays, and add them to the calendar. It also supports to use display-private/all-filter to filter appointments displayed in calendar.
When have finished an appointment, you can flag it with completion. When you have a lot of appointments in calendar, marking those appointments complete can give you a clear view of which appointments you still have and which appointments you have finished, and let you have full control of your time.

1. Save the setting of date navigator visibility.
2. Remove two bugs of backuping file in eDatabaseManager.
3. Update database, add two fields Anniversary, Birthday to ITask.
4. Remove one bug of Configurations.
5. Allow multiple PCs to access the database at the same time.
6. Provide to customize SMPT Port in Configurations.
7. Remove the display bug of date navigator.
8. Update controls inside.
9. Add search function in contacts view.
10. Provide weather display tool.
11. Label the appointment added from holidays as important by default.
12. Support to export grid as HTML, XML, Excel, Text file.
