yKAP uses XML for superior performance. By using XML, yKAP provides you with much higher productivity as compared to traditional Web applications. yKAP achieves this level of productivity by completely eliminating unnecessary overloads caused by frequent screen refreshes, common in traditional web applications. yKAP uses your browser to intelligently process and exchange XML data and messages with the server, thus avoiding reloading of "heavy" visual elements such as images, combo boxes, list boxes, etc.
yKAP is easy to learn and highly customizable. You can add your own custom values for system parameters, such as priority, status, and complexity. yKAP allows you to maintain "test environments", thus providing the developer with maximum information about the software and hardware configuration under which a bug has occurred.
yKAP provides you with exhaustive reporting capabilities. You can export every report into your favorite format (PDF/RTF/XLS/HTML/Text) right from your browser.
yKAP allows you to add any number of attachments to a bug, issue or message. yKAP also lets you define rule-based email alerts.
With yKAP, you can perform exhaustive data/trends analysis of your data.
