Worldtvradio has announced that version 4 of its award winning software 3webtotal TV & Radio Tuner is available now. 3webtotal is an Internet television and radio tuner with more than 900 TV online channels and 4000 plus radio stations from all around the world.

Since its first version launched in October 2003, 3webtotal has became the most popular internet tuner available with more than 1.000.000 certified downloads.

The idea of an Internet TV and Radio tuner was conceived and developed by the engineers at World TV Radio in 2003. The original idea behind 3webTotal is used today by many others program developers and companies in several languages.
