Since its first version launched in October 2003, 3webtotal has became the most popular internet tuner available with more than 1.000.000 certified downloads.
The idea of an Internet TV and Radio tuner was conceived and developed by the engineers at World TV Radio in 2003. The original idea behind 3webTotal is used today by many others program developers and companies in several languages.
