Word-of-Mouth Firm to Promote "20Q" Game Before Holiday Season

BzzAgent today launched a new 3,000 member BzzCampaign for 20Q, a portable electronic game manufactred by Radica Games Limited. BzzAgent's volunteer product evangelists will spend the next 12 weeks sharing their honest opinions about 20Q with family and friends.

BOSTON, MA. September 19, 2004 – BzzAgent® Inc, a Word-of-Mouth marketing and research firm, today launched a BzzCampaign for 20Q, a portable electronic game manufactured by Radica® Games Limited. The 12-week program will involve the efforts of 3,000 volunteer product evangelists nationwide. Participants will have the chance to play the handheld guessing game and share their honest opinions with family and friends in advance of the holiday shopping season.

"Our General Manager saw an article on BzzAgent in Fast Company and thought it might be interesting as an alternative to standard advertising and promotion for our new 20Q product so I looked up BzzAgent," says Patti Saitow, Vice President of Global Marketing Services, Radica.

"The biggest concern was being able to quantify the effectiveness of the campaign," explains Saitow. "With advertising or straight consumer promotion you can set fairly straightforward benchmarks for performance. It wasn't until I understood more about BzzAgent's reporting capabilities that I felt more comfortable with the program."
