Wendover Consulting enters business development agreement with SoftAssist. Wendover will apply its expertise in the sales and marketing arena to enhance SoftAssist's lead conversion ratios.

Haverford, PA October 13, 2004 -- Wendover Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has secured a business development agreement with SoftAssist, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in Learning and Training solutions.

The objective of the agreement is to enhance SoftAssist’s lead conversion ratios.
