Well-known file sync software now with improved filter options

February 10, 2009, Dormagen, Germany – ITSTH has released Easy2Sync for Files 1.33, an award-winning utility that makes it easy to synchronize the contents of two directory trees, drives or network shares. Whenever you have the same data on two computers (for example laptop and desktop) or stored in two places on the same computer, Easy2Sync for files is the easy and safe way to automatically transfer any changes.

The new version now has reworked and improved filter options. The previous version was already able to exclude files / folders from the sync by the name, path or size. The new version is now also able to exclude files by their age from the sync. This can be used for example to exclude old files from the sync (or from a backup)

Easy2Sync is currently used by private customers, computer administration professionals, companies, universities and governmental institutions from everywhere around the world to synchronize professional software projects, business files and data servers on computers, servers, notebooks and removable devices.

Easy2Sync for Files 1.33 runs under Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista. The Home Edition costs 39 US$, the Business Edition costs 59 US$ (offering more features). Both may be purchased securely online at http://www.easy2sync.de. You can download a free version, which allows only one project and no subdirectory synchronization from the same address.
