COPC-2000® Standard certification requires adherence to comprehensive contact center operation performance guidelines that establish minimum operational requirements in critical function areas of the industry. Trend Micro achieved certification after an extensive audit determined their TrendLabs Philippines Support Center was in compliance with the COPC-2000® Standard. Attainment of the COPC-2000® Standard recognizes the effectiveness, quality, and integrity of Trend Micro TrendLabs based on a stringent set of international performance standards that represents the best practices in the contact center industry.
