Topaz DeNoise beta is released

Topaz DeNoise beta is released

As you all know, good noise reduction is an important part of any photography post-processing workflow. It allows you to use higher speeds for action shots, higher ISO for low lighting, and possibly rescue otherwise unusable images. It's also necessary for cleaning up images before spicing them up with filters like Topaz Adjust.

Over the past few years we at Topaz Labs have been working intensively on a new generation of noise reduction technology that has the potential to greatly outperform current generation noise reduction products. We'd like for you to judge whether we've achieved this objective. We invite you to try out the beta release of Topaz DeNoise, our new noise reduction Photoshop plug-in:

The focus of Topaz DeNoise is to preserve as much detail as possible while still removing noise.

In our own tests we've compared it with other popular noise reduction plug-ins, and in terms of quality and detail preservation we haven't been disappointed. If you own a separate noise reduction product, we'd love to hear about how they compare.

Topaz DeNoise will be priced at $79.99, but will be offered for free to all Topaz Adjust customers up until further notice. When used together, Topaz DeNoise and Topaz Adjust makes details pop while still keeping noise levels in check.

Despite our excitement about the new technology, Topaz DeNoise is still a brand-new product and we'd really appreciate if you could share with us what you'd like to see improved.
