Thomas M. Siebel is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Siebel Systems, Inc. Previously he was CEO of Gain Technology, a multimedia software company, and held a number of senior management positions at Oracle Corporation. A frequent industry spokesman, he received the David Packard Award from the Business Executives for National Security in 2002 and was named CEO of the Year by Industry Week magazine. In 2000 and 2001, he was recognized by Business Week as one of the top 25 managers in the world.
