The MAPILab company has announced the release of the program MAPILab SHARE'n'SYNC. The program has been designed to organize teamwork with Microsoft® Outlook® and solves such important tasks as providing shared access to Microsoft Outlook folders and synchronizing Microsoft Outlook folders on several computers.
There are various methods for synchronizing Microsoft Outlook folders on two and more computers: by e-mail, by transferring data on physical storage devices (flash cards, CD/DVD-ROMs, etc). Folder synchronization allows users on different computer to use shared data sources - contacts, tasks, messages, notes, etc.
In the first place, those who actively work on several computers will need MAPILab Share'n'Sync allowing them to quickly synchronize Microsoft Outlook data. Before data is sent, it is automatically compressed, which allows the product to be used effectively in case of low-bandwidth communication channels. The program is also useful for small-scale and middle-scale companies - it allows them to organize teamwork with Microsoft Outlook without deploying complex and expensive Microsoft® Exchange Server.
