Synchronize your files safely, even when daylight saving time changes

December 16, 2008, Dormagen, Germany - IT-Services Thomas Holz has released Easy2Sync for Files 1.32, an award-winning Windows utility that makes it easy to synchronize the contents of two directory trees, drives or network shares. Whenever you have the same data on two computers or stored in two places on the same computer, Easy2Sync is the easy and safe way to automatically transfer any changes. The new version now handles daylight savings time changes automatically. When the clock is changed, it’s not only difficult for us humans to wake up in time for work – for sync programs it’s difficult, too, because the file timestamps change on SOME drives. This confuses many sync programs, causing wrong copy decision or even worse on some. Easy2Sync however, handles this situation automatically. It detects the DST change and understands the changed file times, thus protecting the user’s data.
