FOREST HILLS, NY March 31, 2004 -– Software Forces today announced the immediate general availability of .rpt Inspector 2 Professional Suite for Crystal Reports. Designed for use with Crystal Reports 5.x through 10.x, .rpt Inspector 2 Professional Suite simplifies a Crystal Reports user’s / developer’s life by giving them the ability to access all of the Crystal Reports objects (and each object’s property), set location, convert driver, verify database, modify and standardize parameter default values, modify and standardize formulas – across one or multiple reports at the same time. No longer does a report designer need to open each report individually and apply the same set of changes to each object’s property – one at a time.

.rpt Inspector 2 Professional Suite has over 100 new features and additions throughout the product. Including sub-report support, a new dockable and floatable interface, report lists, search and replace (with regular expression support), a new data source / database conversion and migration wizard – with ODBC/OLE DB/Native Drivers (DB2/Informix/Oracle/SQL Server/Sybase) that has support for batch set location, conversion, and verify database. Plus support to copy default parameter values from one source to multiple destinations and product wide support for ODBC/OLE DB/Native Drivers (DB2/Informix/Oracle/SQL Server/Sybase).
