Share360(R) Version 2.3 Released with New Interface and Features

Latest version of Cybozu's web collaboration tool, Share360 ver 2.3 - Improved Interface and new features to allow even greater productivity.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA February 12, 2004 -- Cybozu Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cybozu, Inc., the market leader in the Japanese office collaboration software arena, announced a new version of Share360, its web-based collaboration suite with a vastly improved
interface which enables multiple new timesaving features.

Jason O'Leary, Director of Interface Design, says that the changes were made, "to improve both the usability and appearance of the Share360 applications. There are certainly many graphic changes such as new new icons and design schemes, but the core of the changes are in the subtle improvements to the everyday tasks Share360 handles." Changes include interfaces which scroll to allow user navigation and tools to remain in view at all times, improved permissions settings, revised information architecture for My Options (user settings) and Admin Tools (administrator settings) as well as numerous additional customizable areas for users and companies.

"The changes made are in response to our own evaluation of the applications and the feedback we receive from our customers." The changes include various new options to view calendars, the ability to copy Notes to other applications, a new interface option for Address Book contacts, an improved interface to create/edit Web Forms and more. "Our goal with this release is to provide our customers and the individual users with more options to utilize Share360
effectively."

Share360(R) integrates 12
productivity/communication applications that together create a "ready-to-run" Intranet solution that allows groups remote access to
information such as email, schedules, contacts, announcements, shared files, company forms and projects. The product is multi-platform and runs on Windows, Linux and FreeBSD and is known for its ease of use and installation in minutes. It is centrally managed on the customer's web server and is accessible from client PC with any operating system through a web browser.

Pricing/License
Share360 is offered in two packages, Share360 Standard and Share360 Complete. Both packages come with Share360 Outlook Sync for Address Book and Scheduler at no additional charge. The applications can be also complimented with Share360(R) Sync for Palm OS(R) and Sync for Pocket PC.

There's a free, no obligation, no money down 60-day trial. If you decide to purchase, the Share360 Standard suite starts at $898. This is a one-time license purchase fee without any monthly subscriptions, maintenance or support fees. Additionally, "Multi-platform license" will allow you to migrate among Windows, Linux and FreeBSD without any extra cost.
