Selkie Software builds Sales Team in California

Bad economic times notwithstanding, one software company is bullish on their prospects for sales in 2009, so much so that they are building a sales team that will work out of new office space acquired in Redwood City, California.

“I am very excited about this move,” Paul Flanagan, Vice President of Sales and Business Development remarked. “I have been around the block and sold lots of software over my years in sales, but this is the first product that has an entry-level opportunity in every tier of the market. The fact that the company has taken this step to move into the heart of U.S. software producers is fantastic.”

Selkie Software is an award-winning data migration and recovery suite of products recently hailed as an emerging technology by the Channel Resellers Network.

“After four years of building, testing and refining this product, it is now market ready and suited for the enterprise customers,” CEO Judi Tyabji Wilson said, “It makes sense to direct our full sales efforts from Redwood City given the huge technology community in California.”

Selkie Software is do-it-yourself, reliable, inexpensive, real-time data recovery software. It requires no technical knowledge and runs independent of the Windows Operating System.

Features that set it apart from the rest include its “Smart File Finding” technology and the ability to place all data on another computer in the exact order it was before. The “real time” capabilities allow the user to extract data from a broken machine up to the second their computer crashed with no previous backup needed.
