Safer Outlook sync: Easy2Sync for Outlook 3.02

Dormagen, Germany - July 21, 2009: ITSTH has published the new version 3.02 of the Outlook synchronization software Easy2Sync for Outlook, which stands out with increased security. Until now the deleting of objects was mirrored 1:1 (which is in fact correct), but with the new version objects will be moved into the Outlook recycle bin, so the user can still access then, in case of doubt.

Furthermore the new version contains more than a dozen detail improvements. Apart from nicer icons, improved support for international Outlook version and the support for very large category listings, Easy2Sync was also prepared to work with Windows 7.

Overview:

Easy2Sync for Outlook is an award-winning program to synchronize MS Outlook. It automatically recognizes when an e-mail, contact, calendar item, note or task was created/changed/deleted and syncs this to the respective other computer. This is perfect to keep computers always up-to-date with the same data. Apart from the sync mode, the software also supports modes to create a backup, merge multiple calendars into one team calendar or move e-mails.

The program is simple to use and to configure to the user’s preferences. From list views and confirmations to a completely automatic sync without windows, everything is possible.

Easy2Sync for Outlook synchronizes Microsoft Outlook data in PST files and Exchange profiles. All versions/combinations since Outlook 97 and Windows 98 (this includes Vista and Outlook 2007) are supported. The update is free for all registered users of Easy2Sync for Outlook 1.x or 2.x
