ReplyButler 2.03 - Outlook Boilerplate texts in 13 languages

Dormagen, Germany. – December 1, 2008: More and more e-mails have to be answered everyday in less time. If you’re still typing yourself, you’ll have to work overtime. Boilerplate texts are a big timesaver here, especially for e-mails from customers.

Enter ReplyButler. The add-in for Microsoft Outlook features a convenient administration and use of boilerplate texts. The new version 2.03 now supports 13 widely-used languages, both for boilerplate texts and greeting phrases. Once a text phrase is defined, the program automatically uses the language version that fits the current e-mail. If you’re writing in English, the phrase is inserted in English. If you’re answering a Spanish e-mail, the Spanish translation will be used. Other than the mentioned English and Spanish language, the program now supports Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese and Swedish.

The choice of the right boilerplate text is made easy by the innovative sidebar user interface. This window is docked at the side of the mail window and suggests predefined text-modules that could match the e-mail you’re answering. Furthermore it contains a search bar and a menu structure to access your text modules

Furthermore ReplyButler 2.03 offers several other features that you don’t want to miss any more:
