Persuasive Games, LLC Announces Corporate Relocation and Technology Partnership

Persuasive Games, a leader in serious games for public policy, education, and marketing, announces the relocation of its North American headquarters to Atlanta, Georgia from Newport Beach, California

Atlanta, GA June 8, 2004 -– Persuasive Games, a leading developer of electronic games for public policy, education, and marketing, announces the relocation of its North American headquarters to Atlanta, Georgia from Newport Beach, California. Additionally, Persuasive Games announces the appointment of Principal Partner, Ian Bogost, to the faculty at Georgia Institute of Technology.

In conjunction with the company’s corporate move to midtown Atlanta, Bogost has been appointed to the faculty of Georgia Institute of Technology, where he will serve as Assistant Professor of Literature, Communication, and Culture. Dr. Bogost will teach in the new Ph.D. program in Information Design and Technology (IDT), where he plans to focus on videogame design and rhetoric.
