PJ Writing Group LLC Awarded Contract with Alpha Software Inc. - Radio Helps Software Developer Reach New Customers

PJ Writing Group, a Fort Collins, Colorado-based company that increases visibility and market position for its clients through integrated marketing and public relations services, places executives from Alpha Software on nationally syndicated, computer- and business-oriented radio shows.

Fort Collins, CO and Burlington, MA April 1, 2004 -- PJ Writing Group LLC has been contracted to assist Alpha Software Inc., a Burlington, Massachusetts-based database software company, with its Public Relations efforts.

PJ Writing Group, a Fort Collins, Colorado-based company that increases visibility and market position for its clients through integrated marketing and public relations services, places executives from Alpha Software on nationally syndicated, computer- and business-oriented radio shows.

"We contracted with PJ Writing Group because of its knowledge of the PR marketplace," says Richard Rabins, Co-chairman, Alpha Software. "In no time, they had placed me on five syndicated radio shows for a total of over 130 stations across the country—plus XM and Sirius satellite."

Alpha Software has over one million users and produces one of the most feature-filled database and application development tools on the market. On air, Rabins positions Alpha as an industry leader by helping other businesses understand database management systems.

“Competition in our industry is very stiff,” Rabins says. “We’re always looking for ways to stand out from the crowd. Talk radio presents an underappreciated marketing opportunity.”

On radio, businesses can deliver their messages locally or nationally and target listeners who share characteristics with their customer base. The cost of buying such airtime for advertising would be prohibitive.
