Oppo BDP-83 Blu-ray Player for General Sale
The Oppo BDP-83 is finally here. After a long beta-testing period, followed by a three-month "Early Adopter Program", followed by three months of limited availability, the player is now available for preorder on the Oppo site, with an expected delivery date of July 1-July 3, and also on amazon, with a ship date of July 6.
Reportedly, over 27,000 people had emailed their interest in the player and thus their orders were fulfilled first.
