Munich, June 21, 2006 - Jumping Bytes, the specialists for mobile phone management and SMS communication, has announced the release of version Mobile Master 6. In addition a website will be made available with further information about features, update and contact possibilities. In line with the market release of Mobile Master in the UK, Jumping Bytes is offering a new-user discount of 20% on all purchases.
Mobile Master from Jumping Bytes is software for mobile phone management and SMS communication. The goal is to transmit contact (phone/address book), scheduling and task data from mobile phone to PC and vice versa.
With just a few clicks of the mouse, Mobile Master synchronizes contact and scheduling data between handset and PC. The mobile phone is automatically recognized via cable, infrared or Bluetooth connection and subsequently provided with an individual profile, allowing the administration of several handsets without data chaos. The transfer of address books between different mobile phones is also possible.
The uniqueness of Mobile Master is, on the one hand, the cross-platform support of numerous mobile models, and on the other hand, the integration to the most common email clients or contact management programs (e.g. Thunderbird, Lotus Notes, Tobit David, Palm Desktop etc.) All standard mobile phone models from BenQ Siemens, Sony Ericsson, Nokia or Samsung are automatically recognized via cable, infrared, or Bluetooth. Every mobile is given its own profile to support the management of several handsets without creating data chaos. An assistant helps with the settings. Even users without a technical background can export their mobile phone's address book data to the PC with just a few mouse clicks. The logical structure of the user interface clearly presents the most important functions which are invoked using icons, such as e.g. phone books, calendar, call lists, SMS center or copy station.
Prior to the actual synchronization, a data comparison uses colored highlights to display old, modified, and new data, making corrections possible. Filters and automatic routines can be defined for future actions, e.g. that the mobile phone address book is automatically synchronized with Outlook whenever it is in range of the PC. Once a connection has been established, the desired data can not only be compared to the Outlook contact database, but also to Thunderbird, Lotus Notes, Tobit David, Palm Desktop, and numerous other programs.
Data transfer between old and new mobiles, also irrespective of manufacturer and across platforms, is no problem with the function "Copy Station". Moreover, contacts, calendar, and SMS can be conveniently edited and managed. In addition to the exhaustive integration to different PC applications, transferred data can be exported in Word or Excel or as a text file with separators.
With the optional program SMS Servant, SMS (text messages) can be received, composed, and sent like emails in Outlook. SMS Servant is included with the Mobile Master installation, but is subject to a separate licensing fee.
Version 6.3, also released today, supports beta versions of Windows Vista and Outlook 2007, numerous other handset models, offers new synchronization settings with Tobit David and Palm Desktop, as well as a new Outlook-oriented calendar image with a daily, weekly and monthly representation.

Mobile Master 6.3 (approx. 10 MB) can be downloaded at http://www.mobile-master.com/download/down.html . The 30-day test version is a full version with one limitation: it can load a maximum of 20 phone book entries from PC to mobile phone.

Customers are entitled to free updates for 1 year. The program itself, as well as the help file, is available in German, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch.
