New Features for InsideSales.com CRM Makes Life Easier for Users

These enhancements make life easier for both managers and users.

InsideSales.com's most recent series of upgrades include:

Dialer upgrades
Voice Detect Management — The InsideSales.com dialer can now be adjusted to detect live pickups or answering machines more effectively. Customers can optimize the dialer to connect only with live customers, and then later they can change the dialer settings to connect with voice mail and leave automated messages.
Account Lookup Capability — The InsideSales.com dialer now allows agents to perform account lookup and contact matching from the dialer screen without having to enter the CRM.

Lead routing
Zip Code Routing — Using the dynamic lead routing tool, leads can now be routed based on zip code to sales representatives that match required criteria.
Multiple Owners for Leads – In addition to having a primary owner on a lead, the InsideSales.com system now allows leads to be owned my multiple owners. This facilitates team lead management and follow-up.

Calendaring
Dial ‘Call Now’ Capability — The InsideSales.com Team calendar system now includes a call now button. This eliminates clicks and simplifies calling and follow-up functions.
