DALLAS, TX September 16, 2004 -– NetworkIP, a leading telecommunications services provider, and Managed Prepaid, a leading e-commerce software provider geared for the prepaid calling card market, today announced a strategic relationship to address the growing demand for integrated e-commerce solutions for prepaid providers.

As part of the agreement, Managed Prepaid will offer its manageIT eCommerce website application to all of NetworkIP’s customers seeking an automated, comprehensive and proven system for companies that are serious about doing business online.

The new solution fully integrates manageIT eCommerce, a full-featured e-commerce storefront package, with the NetworkIP voice and data services platform.
