Atlanta, GA July 27, 2004 -- When the Lessors Network's "National Lease Funding Source Showcase" is held in Atlanta in a few weeks, the Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead hotel will be filled with seasoned professionals representing an exclusive group of national and regional equipment lease funding sources. What better place to distribute Term Sheets, describing lease transactions and portfolios available for immediate funding?

Given unprecedented consolidation of traditional funding sources in the equipment leasing industry, combined with a rising interest rate environment, lease originators, brokers and syndication professionals never need access to alternative funding source more than today.

The Lessors Network today announced it would allow all parties seeking funding for lease transactions and portfolios to have their Term Sheets, describing immediately available funding opportunities, distributed without cost to the funding source representatives attending the National Lease Funding Source Showcase.

The Syndicators Showcase forum has scheduled funding source professionals to present their buy/sell investment strategies to attendees. This form concludes with funding sources and attendees moving into the Networking Suite to distribute and review Term Sheets describing immediately available funding opportunities. This is where deals are made!
