Movavi launches new Movavi VideoSuite 7
Moscow, May 27th, 2009 - Movavi, a leading developer of multimedia processing tools, today launched the latest version of its flagship product Movavi VideoSuite 7.
Key improvements in the product, largely driven by user feedback, include optimization for greater throughput and productivity and a more intuitive user interface. Additionally, Movavi VideoSuite is now accessible to a broader audience through the availability of Spanish, French, Italian and Japanese language versions in addition to the existing English, German, and Russian products.
The video conversion module has been optimized for use with multicore processors and H.264 format files. Support for a range of audio formats has been added, along with the ability for users to record CDs and DVDs
In response to the ever-growing use of mobile devices for creating and sharing videos, Movavi has integrated its Media Octopus technology into the suite. Among the tools now available to users to work with mobile video content are:
-Download videos from YouTube for subsequent conversion into a format supported by mobile devices;
-Support for iPod players, iPhone, PSP, and many popular smart phones
-The ability to transfer video files from mobile devices to the user's computer for backup purposes;
Users also have significantly more functionality at their disposal with regard to editing videos and clips from online services:
-All Movavi VideoSuite 7 modules support video from popular video hosting sites;
-Users can edit and convert YouTube and other videos in HD format, as long as the additional video supports this format;
-The improved editing and video installation interface gives users the opportunity to incorporate "transparency" effects, as well as access to more flexible options for soundtrack work.
