Mioplanet Offers Wide Release of the Desktop News Ticker with Two New Options

* MioFactory enables users to "build-your-own" by modifying graphic resources using the examples supplied and configuring the parameters into a XML file format. Miofactory is priced at $195 US (159 EUR) and greatly extends Desktop Ticker functionality and capabilities.
