Mini-Tools Builds a Better Mousetrap for .NET Developers
Mini-Tools Builds a Better Mousetrap for .NET Developers
CINCINNATI, Ohio April 25, 2006 --- Mini-Tools announces the availability of Mini-Input v1.0, a .NET software component that manages keyboard and mouse input. With Mini-Input, .NET developers can easily monitor and suppress keyboard and mouse events on a global, application, form and/or control level. Developers can also send keyboard and mouse input to any open window. Mini-Input includes a powerful but user-friendly macro language with fully customizable syntax and commands.
"It's not too difficult to write code to monitor for one or two keys. But if your application needs to handle anything a user can do with the keyboard or mouse, then Mini-Input can save you weeks of development time," said Timm Martin, Mini-Tools President and CTO. "With Mini-Input, our customers avoid all that complex system programming and event code processing, and can instead focus on the business problem at hand."
All Mini-Tools components include a sample program to evaluate the component with no programming required, C# and Visual Basic .NET sample code and templates to get started quickly, and a detailed help file and API reference guide. Mini-Tools components may be distributed royalty-free with customers' applications.
Product Availability and Pricing
Mini-Input Standard v1.0 is available for $69 for one developer license; Mini-Input Pro is available for $99. All Mini-Tools .NET Components are on sale 20% off in April. An enterprise license and original C# source code are available at an additional cost. Price includes a one year Subscription, which provides priority email and web-based support, all major and minor product upgrades, and full access to all Mini-Tools web resources including FAQs, downloads, knowledgebase and online community.
