Marval Launches Its Most Powerful, Client Server ITSM Software Solution with Asp.Net Customer Web Self Service - MSM v.7.5

United Kingdom – March 2010: Marval Software Limited has announced the release of MSM v7.5, the latest edition of its popular client server IT Service Management (ITSM) software solution.

Designed by the co-authors of ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000, MSM v7.5 encompasses full support for these standards and best practice frameworks. ITSM processes supported as standard include: Incident Management and Request Fulfilment, Event Management, Service Level Management, Problem, Change, Release, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Supplier and Contract Management and Service Reporting.

New for MSM v7.5 is a rich set of WEB Services based APIs, built using ASP.NET, enabling the end user to integrate MSM with any number of 3rd party or home grown systems. This powerful interface provides a simple to use method for interrogating request data as well as providing sophisticated access to request registration, update and query, configuration item (CI) and asset management.

Amongst the great new time saving features and process enhancements introduced in MSM v.7.5 are:

- Improved - Software licensing support using command line utilities for bulk loading of licences
