Loudocean launches new E-Commerce enabled website
Loudocean, the leading retailer of vehicle wraps has launched its new E-Commerce enabled website. Speaking on the occasion of the launch of the site Mr. Vanh Han, Chief Executive of the company said that by launching the website, the company has fulfilled a long pending desire of many customers. He said that without the online interface the company was not able to serve customers who were far away from the physical location of the company. The website has a gallery which showcases all the products available at any given point. Mr. Han mentioned that the company has designed an elaborate supply chain which ensures that customer orders are delivered on time. He also said that the demand for car wraps and fleet wraps have been increasing steadily and the company is well poised to take advantage of the scenario.
Mr. Han also took us on a guided tour of the website. The website has a blog, news and specials section which features the latest news of the company. This section also hosts different special promotional offers which are launched by the company from time to time. The site is still is the beta version and incremental launches are being done on a regular basis. Mr. Han mentioned that it will be another month before the site is fully launched. He said that the vehicle wraps sold by the company are specially designed to ensure that the wraps are unique and suits the taste of a wide group of vehicle owners.
Speaking on the financials of the company, Mr. Han said that the company has funded the web development with internal accruals and also from funds received from private investors. He however refused to divulge the details of the investments that have been made. The site has a well chalked out business plan which will ensure that the investments made will be recovered within a short span of time. Apart from vehicle wraps the company also offers other services like Graphic Designs and Signs.
The site has a FAQ section which answers many queries that a prospective buyer may have. People interested in any service can also call up the company helpline for a free quote. People who are interested to buy any products from the website will have to become members before they can execute any transaction. The company assures that any data shared with Loudocean will remain secure. Buyers can keep adding any number of products and services to the shopping cart before going ahead and making the payment. The site has embedded video clips which showcases the company’s products. Since the company has vast experience in the business it is able to offer better rates to the customers. In a post lunch tête-à-tête with journalists Mr. Han was seen explaining the business landscape of this niche business. He mentioned that the company is always working on newer designs to keep satisfying customers. He requested people to visit the website and give their valuable feedbacks. The press meet ended with a cocktail party for the visiting journalists.
