LandlordMax Software Inc. continues to show how easy to use property management software should be with its latest release of LandlordMax v1.02.
Building on the success of the initial release of its product, LandlordMax version 1.00, LandlordMax Software Inc. has recently launched version 1.02 which continues to provide its customers with a high quality, user friendly software, at an affordable price. In addition to being extremely easy to learn and use, LandlordMax has enhanced their product by adding many new features and functionalities. This was in done in response to its customers and potential customers suggestions from the Idea Initiative Program. Some of the new features in this version include: a landlords/owners workarea (including reports based on percentage owned) and an invoices workarea, including recurring invoices and related reports.
January 16 2004--Since the inception of the company, LandlordMax Software Inc. has offered its customers and prospective customers the opportunity to send requests and suggestions for new features and enhancements. These suggestions are sent directly to the development team through the "Idea Initiative Program", and help determine which new features will make it in the upcoming versions. This program has generated a substantial amount of feedback and based on these responses, as well as general market demand, LandlordMax Software Inc. added some of the most requested functionality and enhancements in version 1.02, as well as enhancing some of the already successful features.
Based on the Idea Initiative Program, LandlordMax version 1.02 has added two new major features to the software, a landlords/owners workarea and an invoices workarea. The landlords/owners workarea now allows users to associate building ownership with specific landlords/owners. With this new feature alone, LandlordMax now offers approximately 20 new reports including reports that can be generated based on percentage of ownership. Additionally, LandlordMax now offers the option of generating invoices which can be created manually or based on pre-existing accounting entries. It also allows the user to schedule recurring invoices, for example rent payments, to eliminate the need to re-enter the same data on a regular basis.
Being so easy to use and now with even more functionality and features, LandlordMax has won a number of awards and accolades from both the software and real estate communities. At the time of this writing LandlordMax has already won 11 software awards which are displayed on its website at: http://www.landlordmax.com/awards.jsp. It continues to be reviewed and recommended in a number of other outlets and publications.
LandlordMax Software Inc. is still committed to allowing an unlimited amount of units entered by its customers, which has been greatly appreciated as this is non-standard in the property management software industry and is of tremendous value to its customers. To quote the president, Stephane Grenier, "We constantly receive emails asking us how many units or data that can be entered in the software. When we tell our customers that there are no limitations, they are very surprised and excited." In addition to allowing unlimited data entry, LandlordMax Software Inc. continues its generous licensing structure where customers get up to approximately 1 year of free upgrades, including minor and major releases. This enthuses many of their customers as they are not necessarily left behind with new major releases. For example, all their customers were eligible to receive the latest major upgraded version of LandlordMax 1.02 with all its new functionality, at no extra cost.
