Kwaga BirdsEye: a brand-new desktop widget which singles out important emails

Kwaga announces Kwaga BirdsEye: a brand-new desktop widget which singles out important emails, even when email apps are closed

Paris, March 24th 2010, - After 6 months of testing and nearly 2 million emails analyzed, Kwaga proudly announces the release of Kwaga™ BirdsEye - successor to the Kwaga plugin for Firefox, alerts users of emails that matter to them even when they are working in applications outside their email apps.
Based on its exclusive patent-pending semantic technology, Kwaga BirdsEye desktop widget notifies users of emails that really matter - up to 5 email addresses can be configured in the free version.
Philippe Laval, co-founder & CEO of Kwaga is excited about this release. "According to a study carried out by the Radicati Group, nearly 250 billion emails were sent daily in 2009 - so we think it's indispensable to be able to see just the emails that matter first - only those that are important. This is precisely what Kwaga BirdsEye does! Today's announcement is a first step in Kwaga BirdsEye's life: by summer of 2010, we will have enriched our connectivity to other email providers including social sites and entered the mobile space to address the ubiquity of email"

Key features:
Kwaga BirdsEye recognizes emails that matter and alerts the email recipient:
* when the recipient receives an email that asks for something or requests a meeting
* when the recipient receives an email with a reply to an important email
* the desktop application works whether or not the user has connected to his/her email Inboxes
Kwaga BirdsEye fits exisiting work habits:
* it works with both English and French language messages
* Gmail & Google Apps & multi-account (up to 5 in the free version)
* Kwaga BirdsEye automatically detects and prioritizes the people the recipient has already communicated with in the past (aka "trusted sources")
Kwaga BirdsEye is configurable:
* installs anywhere (MacOS, Windows, Linux)
* user activates notifier & sound
* user manually specifies his/her white list (VIPs)
Kwaga BirdsEye next major features to be released before summer 2010:
