Justdropped.com Announces Acquisition of DNware.com

Justdropped.com the expired domain name industry giant, announed their recent acquisition of DNware.com. DNware.com provides expired domain name tools and applications for thousands of domain name speculators.

July 2, 2004 -- Daniel Rubin the founder and operator of Justdropped.com announced the recent acquisition of DNware.com.

Justdropped.com the giant free provider of expired domain name data will incorporate the tools and applications offered by DNware.com for its users. Some of the popular applications include the Enom Domain Name Grabber which is used world wide.

The program monitors an unlimited amount of (pending delete) domain names and registers them the second they become available for registration. The tools are used daily by the expired domain name community in the attempt to "snap" the approximate 20,000 domain names that drop each day. Domain names drop for a variety of different reasons. Companies are disolved, people forget to renew them, or just a lack of interest in the name. Some of these domain names are highly valuable to certain individuals. Using DNware's line of applications helps give you the edge in becoming the first to catch the dropping domains. DNware.com was founded in the Fall of 2002 by Blake Schiafone and Blake Jordan. Rubin stated that in the Fall of 2002 he became involved with Schiafone and Jordan as an affiliate partner. As Justdropped.com evolved, Rubin continued to market the various products that were offered by DNware.com under the website name Dropscripts.com.

In May of 2004 Rubin was approached by Schiafone regarding the potential sale of DNware.com. Schiafone was looking at Rubin to act as a broker for the sale of the company. After careful consideration Rubin decided it was in his best interest to purchase the company himself. Rubin stated that all of the tools offered by DNware.com which include the Enom Domain Name Grabber, WHOIS Analyzer, Zone File Comparer, and Domain Name Filter fell in line with his current business model. Rubin stated that he will be adding more applications to the current line in the near future. Some of the current projects include the addition of new registrars to the popular name grabbing script. Rubin is currently in negotiations with several registrars and hopes to have a new release for the Fall of 2004.
