Toronto, Canada January 6, 2004 -- In its most promising fiscal year, Jokaroo Entertainment Inc. recorded record-breaking earnings and traffic results. This Toronto based entertainment company emerged in early 2001 as a small contender in its field with its flagship website, http://www.jokaroo.com Now Jokaroo finds themselves as one of the leading players in its market.

Fiscal 2003 served to be Jokaroo's single best year in business. With the market as a whole moving north, Jokaroo went for the ride. Alexa Internet, an Amazon.com company (NasdaqNM:AMZN) prorated Jokaroo.com as a market mover in late November 2003. Currently Jokaroo.com has a 3-month average ranking of 8433 with Alexa.com, and Ranking.com is in position to rank Jokaroo as a sub 2000 website with a 3rd place rank in its industry. Further companies looking into reviewing Jokaroo are comScore Networks Inc. and NetRatings Inc.

Currently the primary source of revenue stems from e-mail marketing and standard advertising, but with many new projects in the pipeline of development, Jokaroo will offspring many new streams. In respect with email marketing and the many problems that lay with it, Jokaroo has established strong relationships with Yahoo Inc (NasdaqNM:YHOO) and Time Warner Inc. (NasdaqNM:TWX).

The outlook for 2004 is unlike any other. Jokaroo Entertainment, Inc. is full of momentum and its current pipeline will only push it forward. One of the future projects in the mix will require an investment of over 1 million dollars with many investors said to be lined up, including a privately held VC firm based out of Seattle and one out of New York City. Concurrently 2 projects have started development in Q4 2003 and should be ready by Q1 2004; both being financed by Jokaroo Inc. Jokaroo expects to start creation of the 1 million dollar project in early Q3 of 2004.
