Jcx.Software announces Php editor for Visual Studio 2005
VS.Php 2.0 continues to be providing unique value to Php developers. This release includes the first integrated Smarty/Php editor with intellisense and many other rich editing features provided in Visual Studio. Developers also get Php and HTML intellisense in Smarty files.
Jcx.Software founder, J. Rivera explains: "VS.Php 2.0 is the most exciting release ever and our customers are equally excited. Not only we provide support for the new Visual Studio platform but also we add many unique features you don't find anywhere else. Our product is focused to jack-of-all-trades developers that do .Net development but at the same time need to work on Php. Another key aspect of this release is the integration with
the help system and the Php documentation. With VS.Php 2.0 you can click F1 on any Php function and quickly get information about it. It also supports dynamic help which lists related help links to the current context of where you are in the code. VS.Php includes integrated documentation for Php, PEAR and Smarty.
This release also improves intellisense support by enabling access to arrays and array entries. VS.Php understands arrays and values set to array entries. It allows you to work more effectively with arrays by providing rich intellisense support even on multidimensional arrays.
