Invoicera Launches Invoice Template Customization Feature to Enable Their Clients to Make Changes in Invoice Format

Invoicera, an online invoice billing software has recently launched a new feature in its application under which Invoicera's users would be able to make layout changes or even add or delete any field from the format of their invoice template. This new feature is going to provide all Invoicera's users with an option to make their invoice template according to their needs and requirements. It will facilitate them to invoice their clients in a manner which suits the best and will help them to enhance their day-to-day transactions without any complications.

The feature will add to the credibility of online billing and accessing to this new feature has been kept very simple. For those who are an existing account holder with Invoicera can access this feature by simply going on the "settings" option which they can find on the upside right corner of their account and then going to “general preferences” . They will land on the next page where an option of “template customization” will be there. The users can make any changes in their invoice format like: they can add or remove any field which they think is not required for an invoice which they want to send their clients. By going into the source code they can copy the coding from there and then paste into their respective HTML Editor and whichever field they want to change, they can simply change it by editing that portion from the coding part. The thing to be kept in mind is that while changing the coding part you have to be careful about the "tbody id" of that particular section and if some section has to be deleted, its "tbody id" also has to be deleted from the source code. They can add their own company logo or can change the direction of an existing one. Fields like VAT, Company name and address, Discount, Registration number which exist in the template in either row or a column can simply be removed with just a right click and there will be option to delete them. Modifying the tables, font size, color and graphics of invoice templates has also been made very simple by just making necessary changes in the CSS coding.
