Active BI Portal enables all information users to log in to a data repository through customizable interface of a web portal. Implementation of a user roles security model allows assigning levels of access to each user group member, be it a shop floor, a power user, or even a customer. The Active BI Manager module, an integral part of the solution, helps personalize workplace and assign a list of documents to each user based on their user group rights and membership. The server side of Active BI Portal presents a collection of PHP scripts that can effectively run on Windows, UNIX or Linux. Such design ensures higher flexibility of the solution and easy integration into any existing IT architecture.

In addition to comprehensive management capabilities, Active BI Manager features a choice of tools to speed up the design and deployment of reports and web forms. Dedicated wizards guide you through report and form building to save time and effort. Repository Creation Wizard also helps connect to a database and use it as a data repository.
