Imceda Extends Product Line With Three New Offerings Designed to Enhance Its Value to SQL Server DBAs.

Imceda the leading provider of database administration and deployment products announced today the immediate availability of three new products developed specifically for Database Administrators (DBAs) to leverage, expand and increase the value of Microsoft SQL Server in their environments.

Burlington, MA June 10, 2004 –- Imceda, Inc., the leading provider of database administration and deployment products announced today the immediate availability of three new products under the “Colors of Speed” product line developed specifically for Database Administrators (DBAs) to leverage, expand and increase the value of Microsoft SQL Server in their environments.

Imceda’s new products include: BlueSpeed Coefficient, GreenSpeed Change Manager, GreenSpeed IDE and provide a host of capabilities geared toward making DBAs more efficient and protecting a company’s most valuable asset – the information contained within their computer systems.

•BlueSpeed Coefficient - monitors the I/O activity of SQL Server and provides a set of comprehensive reports that a DBA can use to fine tune the database to provide the maximum speed and responsiveness of the system. Coefficient tracks comprehensive SQL and stored procedure execution statistics, including: call frequency, CPU, duration, reads, writes, and best/worst case executions. Coefficient also tracks stored procedure recompilation and caching, missing column statistics, deadlocks, timeouts and attentions, errors and exceptions, and more.

•GreenSpeed Change Manager - is a simple yet powerful, database comparison tool for Microsoft© SQL 7 or 2000 databases. The product will compare the differences between two databases, display the differences and generate scripts that can be used to reconcile those differences.

•GreenSpeed IDE - is a full-featured Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or 7. The product speeds code development, stores and shares code and ensures code accuracy and suitability.
