INFO-manager is a New Software Release from NorthPoint Micro Services, which could be the answer to all of your paper and electronic document storage and retrieval problems.

INFO-manager was designed to interface with a specific high-speed industrial scanner that can scan several hundreds of papers per hour. The scanner has it’s own paper feed system so that you don’t have to waste time overseeing the scanning. Once the papers are scanned into the application they can be indexed and stored for retrieval. For companies that have paper forms on file like purchase orders and invoices, or that have legal documents on file, that need a way to organize their paper documents (while also being able to retrieve and view the information quickly when necessary) and free up space, this is the solution. For homes that are overwhelmed with paper clutter, like photo’s, recipes, important documents, receipts and invoices this is the answer.

INFO-manager is the solution for scanning, storing, indexing and retrieival of your important paper and electronic documents. Any essential paper document that you have can be scanned, indexed and stored on your computer for later retrieval and can also be saved to cd for disaster recovery purposes. There are several software applications that claim to scan and store paper documents however often, there are scanner compatibility problems. The software is useless without the scanner for this type of solution. No other company offers the software and the high speed paper feed scanner combination.

The program has built in security features as well as various add-on solutions for digital document sharing. The I-LINK component within INFO-manager allows for the sending of group e-mail links of stored documents. The link recipient will retrieve the document by clicking the link. INFO-manager can be purchased as an Elite 1 to 10 user version or as an Enterprise 10 plus user version. One or two sided documents can be processed.
